The Kautz-Uible Economics Institute is proud to welcome Professor Katrine Løken of the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) to present this year's James C. Kautz Lecture.

 

Prof. Løken's research expertise lies in labor economics, family economics, and economics of crime. In 2017, she was awarded the Nils Klim Prize, given annually to a young Nordic scholar within law, humanities, and social sciences. Prof. Løken is the Principal Investigator for the project Social Costs of Incarceration, funded by the Norwegian Research Council from 2015-2018.
